Selected events:

Svetlin Manavski was a speaker of the 2007 annual congress of the Italian Bioinformatics Society (B.IT.S), April 26-28th in Naples.
The presented research is a result of an intensive collaboration with CRIBI (Research Center for Innovative Biotechnologies), University of Padua. It consists of an accelerated implementation of the Smith-Waterman algorithm for alignment of proteins and DNA sequences using graphics cards (GPGPU). An
abstract of the presentation is available on the BITS web site.

Svetlin Manavski invited as a distinguished speaker at MarcusEvans congress Securasia 2007 to talk about "Managing Enterprise Secure File Transfer". Click here for a complete program of the congress.
